Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Operator to process child support payments in the State Disbursement Unit (SDU) system. As a Data Entry Operator, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data, maintaining a general understanding of policies and procedures, and possessing strong interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Process child support payments in the SDU system in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Maintain a general understanding of policies and procedures
- Possess strong interpersonal skills using tact, patience, and courtesy
- Collect, research, organize, and analyze data
- Work independently and as part of a team with limited direction
- Maintain flexibility and ability to work overtime as needed
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- At least one year of prior experience in data entry or a related field
- Proficient in data entry skills, including keyboard, mouse, and 10-key pad
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Must reside in the state of Ohio
- Ability to pass a data entry assessment
