As a Data Entry Operator/Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Accurately entering and updating member information in our database
- Managing and organizing electronic and physical records
- Verifying data accuracy and making corrections as needed
- Generating reports to track program participation and services
- Developing new data entry procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Collaborating with team members across departments to gather data inputs
- Responding to data-related inquiries and assisting staff
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a data entry operator or in a similar role
- Excellent typing skills with high accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and error-spotting abilities
- Proficiency in data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
- Strong organizational skills and task prioritization
