Go-To-Market (GTM) Consultant & Growth Operator — Startup Venture Incubation Projects

We’re looking for an experienced Go-To-Market (GTM) Consultant & Growth Operator, based in the U.S., to work with our startup incubation team across several early-stage projects. This role combines strategic GTM design with hands-on execution .You’ll help define customer targets, lead outreach campaigns, and actively build traction through real brand, partner, and client relationships. Projects may run sequentially or overlap, depending on sprint needs. You’ll collaborate directly with the founding team to launch, test, and refine high-impact go-to-market systems. Example Projects - Repositioning and relaunching a health & wellness brand into a new audience segment. - Securing initial brand partners and advertisers for an early-stage B2B social platform. - Developing B2B sales outreach and pilot campaigns for an AI-driven content studio creating branded ad assets. Key Responsibilities: - Develop GTM strategies and personally execute outreach to potential partners, brands, or customers. - Identify qualified prospects, send outreach messages, and book intro calls. - Manage lightweight CRM systems and weekly performance tracking. - Set up or run pilot campaigns (email, social, influencer, or partnership-based). - Balance deliverables across multiple projects simultaneously. - Report weekly activity outcomes and insight summaries to the core incubation team. Performance Expectations: We expect weekly output benchmarks such as 20–40 qualified outbound contacts, 5–10 warm leads or meetings generated, and 3–4 advancing partnership discussions per sprint project. Specific goals will be refined per project type. Ideal Candidate You’re a dealmaker and growth operator who thrives in early-stage startup environments. You’re comfortable moving from zero to one: testing offers, iterating messaging, and making real-world connections that turn market ideas into traction.
