Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Do Every Day
In this center‑based, full‑time position, you will deliver individualized ABA therapy to children aged 2‑12 years, adhering to meticulously crafted treatment plans. Your daily duties will include:
- Direct Client Care: Implement one‑to‑one and small‑group ABA sessions, applying intensive teaching methods and natural environment training to promote skill acquisition.

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following baseline criteria:

- Certification: Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). If not yet certified, you must be willing to complete the 40‑hour RBT training and pass the competency exam within 45 days of hire.
