Your goal will be to minimize churn by strategically offering product bundles and price points that meet the needs of our customers' budgets and business applications. Additionally, you will proactively encourage retention by contacting clients at various high propensity churn points in their life cycle to assure customer satisfaction and re-contract and extend customer relationships where appropriate.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Work independently with minimal supervision to address customer concerns and resolve outstanding issues
* Empathize with clients to understand their needs and concerns, and provide personalized solutions to meet their expectations
* Strategically offer product bundles and price points that meet the needs of our customers' budgets and business applications
* Proactively contact clients at various high propensity churn points in their life cycle to assure customer satisfaction and re-contract and extend customer relationships where appropriate
* Meet or exceed budgeted retention goals for all product lines
* Demonstrate strong problem-solving and communication skills to resolve complex customer issues
* Adhere to arenaflex's Operating Principles and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
**Essential Qualifications:**
* 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a virtual environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customer bases
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, with a high level of autonomy and self-motivation
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
* Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools and technologies
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience in a customer retention or account management role
* Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services, or a similar industry
* Certification in customer service or a related field
* Experience working in a fast-paced virtual environment
* Strong understanding of customer behavior and psychology
