• Consistently develop key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, handling objections, and closing deals
• Provide unprecedented client care by responding to questions regarding accounts in a fast-paced, structured client care environment

• Uphold integrity: Comply with all Administrative and Compliance rules related to adjusting and sales practices

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• Client care experience (2 years+) with a focus on building client loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, creativity, and strong written and verbal communication
• Proven success in a client support and sales environment (2 years+)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment with capable multitasking and navigation in an electronic environment
