Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- At least one year of experience in a customer-facing role, handling and resolving a high volume of complex customer needs via phone.
- At least one year of work experience with Windows-based applications, such as Windows, Microsoft Office, web navigation, and email applications.
- At least one year of computer keyboarding experience, skills, and proficiency.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
