Job Overview
As a UX Researcher, you'll be an integral part of our Digital Experience team, working closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to identify research needs, conduct studies, and provide actionable recommendations that enhance the user experience across United Airlines' digital products. Key Responsibilities
- Research Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to define research objectives and determine the most effective research methodologies, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and ethnographic studies.
- Conduct Research: Execute qualitative and quantitative research studies to gather user insights, including usability testing, contextual inquiries, and user interviews.
- Data Analysis: Analyze research data and translate findings into actionable insights that drive design and product decisions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure research findings are incorporated into product strategies and design solutions.
- Present Findings: Create compelling presentations and reports to effectively communicate research insights to stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in UX research, preferably within the airline, travel, or e-commerce industry. A proven track record of conducting user research that has influenced product and design decisions is essential.
