As a Data Entry Crew Manager, you'll play a vital role in leading a small team of teen data entry workers, ensuring accuracy, and meeting deadlines. No prior management experience is required – we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed!
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Enter and review basic data (lists, records, digital forms) with attention to detail and accuracy
* Assign and track tasks for a small team of 3–5 teen data entry workers, ensuring timely completion and quality results
* Organize team spreadsheets and reports to facilitate efficient data management
* Report weekly progress to a senior remote coordinator, highlighting successes and areas for improvement
* Help new hires understand basic tools and task flow, providing guidance and support as needed
* Collaborate with team members to resolve issues, address concerns, and promote a positive work environment
