About This Job
We're seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. As a Technical Program Manager at blithequark, you'll utilize your technical expertise to drive process improvement, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and deliver data-driven insights that inform business decisions. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a team of Engineers and Architects to address the global fleet of Third-Party Data Centers (3PDC)
- Work with cross-functional partners to understand business needs, design and complete end-to-end analysis that includes data collection, analysis, ongoing scaling, and presentations
- Design and automate metrics, iteratively building and prototyping dashboards to provide insights at scale
- Drive process improvement through data analysis, envision, and make business recommendations based on 3PDC data, identifying, and acting on opportunities to drive growth
- Develop and maintain relationships with partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment
- Communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executives and engineers
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 3 years of experience in program management
- 3 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
- Experience in financial modeling and analysis, using spreadsheets and manipulating large datasets using SQL
- Excellent analytical, data perception, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- 3 years of experience managing large, cross-functional projects spanning a diverse set of stakeholders, both technical and non-technical
- 3 years of experience in technical program or project management roles
- Experience identifying, communicating, and collaborating with stakeholders within one or more teams to drive impact and work toward shared objectives
- Strong technical expertise, with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts
