Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the design and construction of various projects across the company, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, identifying and mitigating potential risks or issues that may impact project delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure successful project delivery, coordinating and communicating with all stakeholders, including senior management, throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor and track project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders and conducting regular site visits to ensure project progress and quality standards are being met.
- Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and making adjustments as needed, and proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and implement necessary changes.

Essential Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:
- A degree in a relevant field, such as architecture, engineering, or construction management.
- A professional certification in project management, such as PMP or Agile.

- Strong knowledge of design and construction principles, including building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Experience with project management software and tools, such as Asana, Trello, or MS Project.
