Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coach your team to ensure that all stock tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, and that customers receive their products in a timely manner.
- Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in the stockroom, ensuring that all items, parts, tools, and supplies are accurately tracked and stored.
- Collaborate with management and leadership teams to share knowledge and insights about inventory levels, product availability, and other key metrics.
- Develop and implement processes to improve inventory management, reduce waste, and increase efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including those related to inventory management, security, and safety.
- Provide support and guidance to team members as needed, and help to resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise.
- Stay up-to-date with changing business needs and priorities, and adapt your approach as needed to meet these demands.
