**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service & Data Entry Officer to join our team on a temporary basis. As a Customer Service & Data Entry Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, data entry, and administrative support to facilitate the effective operation of our feedback centre. You will work closely with our Customer Service & Admin teams to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service and support.
**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service & Data Entry Officer, you will be responsible for the following duties:
* Customer Service:
+ Make outbound calls to follow up with callers where callers have left a message with their name and phone number.
+ Make accurate data entry of feedback provider's feedback in the feedback database and maintain proper documentation records.
+ Retrieve status updates on feedback provider's feedback from the feedback database.
+ Provide administrative support to facilitate the effective operation of the feedback centre.
+ Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
* Data Entry:
+ Review data entries, identify erroneous entries, and correct erroneous entries where applicable.
+ Use Google maps or other tools to identify postal code of a location based on information provided by feedback providers.
+ Conduct simple analysis on data entries.
+ Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
* Good verbal and written communication skills.
* Bilingual in English and Mandarin, Malay, or Tamil to effectively converse with callers.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel) and use of e-forms.
* Able to work with databases.
* Self-driven, able to work independently, meticulous, and organized.
* Good team player, customer-oriented with good interpersonal skills.
* Prior customer service/call centre experience is a plus.
**Essential Qualifications**
* Diploma or degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, communications, or social sciences).
* At least 1 year of experience in customer service or data entry.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel) and use of e-forms.
* Able to work with databases.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Prior experience in a call centre or customer service environment.
* Familiarity with data entry software and systems.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
