**Job Overview**
As a Spanish bilingual customer service representative in a contractor role, you'll have the opportunity to work from home and provide exceptional customer support services to our clients. You'll interact with customers primarily through inbound phone calls and possibly chat/email, helping them with all their needs. Our clients operate in a variety of industries, including finance, healthcare, retail, technology, and more. This means you'll have the opportunity to work with diverse clients and industries, expanding your knowledge and skills.
**Schedule and Flexibility**
We understand that everyone's schedule is different, which is why we offer flexible scheduling options. The majority of our work hours are during weekdays and daytime, but you'll have the opportunity to create a schedule that works best for you (within client hours of operation). This flexibility allows you to balance your work and personal life, ensuring you have the time and energy to deliver exceptional customer service.
**Earnings and Revenue**
As an independent contractor, your earnings will vary based on the client you're working with and the services you provide. Our rates range from $17 to $20 per hour, with additional incentives available based on client and performance metrics. Your pay is determined by your phone call status when assisting customers, ensuring you're rewarded for your hard work and dedication.

**Technology and Equipment Requirements**

* Personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets and Chromebooks are not supported)
* Operating system of Windows 10 or Windows 11 (some clients may accept AppleOS)
* Wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication
* High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed and 5 Mbps upload speed for seamless connectivity
* Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed
* Smart phone, Android tablet, or iPad needed for authentication
**Work Environment Requirements**
To provide exceptional customer service, you'll need to work in a quiet, uninterrupted space with an organized desk area. This will ensure you can focus on delivering high-quality service to our clients.

**Contractual Relationship**
As an independent contractor, you'll have a contractual relationship with arenaflex. You'll remain an independent contractor for the duration of your contractual relationship with us. We'll not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with arenaflex. When you receive your contract, you'll be asked to agree to have no claim against arenaflex hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind.
