As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office systems, including data entry, report compilation, and clerical duties. If you're a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills, we'd love to hear from you! **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** As an Office Clerk/Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Entering daily work orders into our systems with accuracy and efficiency * Assembling and reconciling reports to ensure data integrity and consistency * Maintaining excellent communication with various departments to ensure seamless collaboration * Performing a range of clerical duties, including filing, copying, faxing, and other tasks as assigned * Utilizing Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word, as well as industry-specific software * Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure continuous improvement **Experience and Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * 1 year of data entry experience (typing at least 40 wpm) in operations or a similar service environment * 1 year of office clerk experience, with a strong focus on organization and prioritization * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to maintain effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders * Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on delivering high-quality results * Experience with Microsoft Excel is a plus, but not required * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication **Physical Demands** As a remote employee, you'll be working from the comfort of your own home or office.
