Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Social Media Customer Support Specialist to join our team at blithequark. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through social media platforms, ensuring that their queries are resolved promptly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues through social media platforms in a timely and professional manner Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customer satisfaction is consistently met or exceeded Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer experience Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of blithequark's products and services, including our social media platforms and customer support processes Analyze customer feedback and provide insights to internal teams to improve customer experience and drive business growth Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as customer service, marketing, or communications Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support, preferably in a social media or entertainment industry setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and internal teams Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues in a timely and efficient manner Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork Proficiency in social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment, with the ability to self-motivate and manage time effectively Knowledge of customer support software and tools, such as Zendesk or Freshdesk Experience with data analysis and reporting, with the ability to provide insights and recommendations to internal teams Fluency in multiple languages, with the ability to provide support to customers in their preferred language Certification in customer support or a related field, such as CCSP or CCM Career Growth and Development At blithequark, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development, both personally and professionally.
