About the Role: Associate, Social - Community We're seeking an energetic and highly engaged Associate Marketer to help maintain and grow our online community on social media. As a key member of our social media team, you'll work closely with our ambitious group of marketers to inspire and disrupt consumers' feeds through clever captions, commentary, and campaign execution. Your goal will be to extend our highest visibility marketing efforts across multiple business priorities, utilizing your expertise in social media marketing to drive engagement and build meaningful connections with our audiences. Key Responsibilities: Manage the Workwarp community social media planning and execution as a key driver in engagement on campaign go-to-market plans Partner with internal and external media and creative agency partners to conceive and produce innovative and effective social media strategies and tactics Work with analytics teams to set and track social listening on the Workwarp brand to inform disruptive tactics Drive a strategy that increases visibility and engagement on social through establishing the brand voice Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximize impact across all marketing channels Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to continuously improve our social media presence About You: We're excited about you because you're an expert in the world of community management, with 3+ years of experience in social media roles for major brands. You understand the nuances of how popular social media platforms work, from their products and features to their unique user cultures. You're a curious and experimental approach to emerging platforms, features, and trends, and you thrive in complex and fast-moving situations that require creative problem-solving. Essential Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in social media marketing, with a focus on community management Proven track record of breakthrough community management experience, either agency- or client-side, for major consumer brands Deep knowledge of native and third-party social media analytics tools, and the ability to extract and interpret performance results against business goals Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn Preferred Qualifications: Experience with social media management tools, such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social Knowledge of content management systems, such as WordPress or Drupal Familiarity with graphic design principles and video production Experience with paid social media advertising, including Facebook Ads and Twitter Ads Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions Skills and Competencies: To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess a unique combination of skills and competencies, including: Strategic thinking: the ability to develop and execute social media strategies that align with business goals Creative problem-solving: the ability to think outside the box and come up with innovative solutions to complex problems Communication skills: the ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service Analytical skills: the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions about social media marketing campaigns Collaboration skills: the ability to work effectively with internal and external partners to achieve shared goals Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits: At Workwarp, we're committed to supporting the growth and development of our employees.
