Key Responsibilities
As an AT&T Wireless and Broadband Training Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

Essential Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years of experience in presentation and training curriculum development, specifically related to wireless (cellular), high-speed internet, and/or consumer electronics sales
- Strong knowledge of wireless and fiber broadband internet, preferably with AT&T
- Excellent writing and speaking skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
- Competency in designing and developing clear, engaging, and aesthetically formatted courses that align with organizational goals and partner requests
- Extraordinary attention to detail in content creation and language nuance
- Ability to deliver sales training presentations/courses for sales reps in a retail sales environment
- Strong computer proficiency, with experience in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook), web conferencing tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams), and A/V setup and troubleshooting skills
