Core Responsibilities and Expectations
As a Senior Product Manager on our team, you will play a critical role in driving technical continuous improvement programs, partnering with leaders across our 400+ SDE team, other PXT tech teams, and product teams. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Driving Technical Continuous Improvement: Develop and implement a roadmap for technical initiatives that increase delivery velocity, reduce operational risk, improve service performance, and reduce developer toil. This includes capacity planning strategies across technical and product-related roadmaps.
- Measuring Success and Adoption: Develop mechanisms to measure the success and adoption of continuous improvement initiatives within the business, ensuring data-driven decision-making and optimal outcomes.
- Change Management and Stakeholder Engagement: Lead change management efforts with stakeholders on business operations processes and procedures, ensuring successful implementation and minimal disruption to the organization.
- Business Operations Tools and Processes: Develop deep knowledge of business operations tools used on a regular basis, including applications such as Quicksite, Asana, Permissions, WorkDocs, Wiki, and Quip. Maintain and deliver a cadence of cross-customer meetings, weekly, monthly, quarter business reviews, dashboards, and status reports for cross-team coordination and executive updates.
- Strategic Planning and Presentations: Prepare and present findings and recommendations to the senior management team in regular business reviews, providing strategic insights and actionable recommendations to drive business growth and improvement.
- Process Gap Analysis and Correction: Engage with teams to identify and correct process gaps, ensuring seamless business operations and optimal efficiency.
