**The Role**
As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, office setting with some outdoor duties. You'll be comfortable around dogs and enjoy interacting with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. Your role will involve:
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, ensuring a positive and memorable experience
* Rent storage units and parking spaces, upsell merchandise, and handle payments in person and over the phone
* Maintain accurate and detailed customer account notes, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up
* Report customer and property issues to the property manager, ensuring prompt resolution and attention to detail
* Clean vacated units and maintain overall property cleanliness, adhering to arenaflex's high standards
* Perform lock checks and walk the property (up to 1–2 miles/day), ensuring the security and integrity of our facility
* Assist the property manager with various tasks and projects, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn
