About the Position
The Search Quality Rater position is a critical component of our team, responsible for evaluating and testing search engine responses to everyday queries. Your expertise and feedback will play a vital role in shaping the online search experience for users. As a Search Quality Rater, you will have the flexibility to work from home, with a minimum of 5 hours and a maximum of 25 hours per week. This position offers a competitive salary, paid training, and a clear compensation structure.
Responsibilities
- Test and evaluate search engine responses to everyday queries, providing feedback on search engine performance.
- Adhere to project guidelines and maintain confidentiality as per the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
- Participate in ongoing training and development to ensure expertise in search engine evaluation and testing.
- Collaborate with the team to identify areas for improvement and contribute to the growth and development of our organization.
- Meet productivity and quality standards, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to project deadlines.
Requirements
- Must currently reside in the State of Iowa (IA).
- Commit to a minimum of 5 hours and a maximum of 25 hours per week.
- Sign and adhere to project NDA.
- Ability to pass an assessment and background checks.
- Have a smartphone and personal computer with reliable internet connection.
- Reliable antivirus software installed on the computer.
- Must pass training modules and a required test before commencing work.
- Must be 18 years or older.
