What you'll do:
- Answer inbound calls and respond to inquiries regarding prescription drug coverage, benefits, and mail order medications.
- Help individuals understand their coverage options and make informed decisions about their healthcare.
- Provide empathetic and effective support to improve the overall healthcare experience.

What we offer:

- Flexible Schedule: Full-time positions available with schedules ranging from 30-40 hours per week (Monday-Saturday, 7:00 AM - 6:30 PM EST).
