• Help analyze ad-hoc requests resulting from emerging support issues and provide insightful responses to enable senior management to make informed business decisions while balancing existing project responsibilities
• Presentation of insights, trends, and potential recommendations using data visualization tools to facilitate stakeholder understanding
• Assist in developing and distributing specific queries to pull and organize data from various sources, establishing the frequency, and validating the necessity of data requirements
• Identify irregularities in processes through audits and convey findings to the team
• Evaluate the effectiveness of processes and procedures by monitoring for trends and errors
• Ensure that a compliance mindset is at the center of every decision
• May perform other work duties as directed by the Team Leader

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will possess a strong ability to collect, organize, analyze critical amounts of data with attention to detail and accuracy.
