Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

- Effectively and compassionately guide customers through the process of filing a glass claim, engaging in authentic conversations that build rapport and focus on each customer's specific needs.
- Verify customer insurance coverage and deductible amounts, communicating this information clearly and concisely to ensure that customers are well-informed.
- Assist customers with scheduling repair, replacement, and/or recalibration services at a blithequark location or at a non-blithequark shop, honoring their preferences and ensuring a seamless experience.
- Utilize systems and resources provided to enhance the overall customer experience, staying up-to-date with the latest tools and technologies to deliver exceptional support.
- Provide solutions to resolve customer complaints and concerns, presenting accurate product and service information in a clear and concise manner.
Essential Qualifications
- Must reside full-time in Arizona, Florida, North Carolina, Ohio, or Texas, with a reliable and distraction-free workspace that meets our technical requirements.
- High school diploma or equivalent, or actively enrolled in a degree program, with a strong foundation in customer service and communication.
- Previous experience working in a contact center or other customer service role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support and resolving customer complaints.
- Ability to work in a highly structured performance-based environment, demonstrating high ethical and confidentiality standards, with a strong focus on empathy and integrity.
- Comfortable working with computer and telephone systems, with the ability to operate these systems confidently in a remote environment.
- Upbeat personality with an authentic willingness to assist customers, and a strong desire to establish rapport and credibility with customers, stores, and peers.
