Job Overview As a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the frontline support for our healthcare clients, managing inbound calls and addressing customer inquiries with professionalism and care. Your strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in dynamic environments will enable you to deliver accurate information, educate callers, and provide exceptional support. Key Responsibilities Engage with customers by providing courteous and professional assistance, ensuring a remarkable experience for each caller. Deliver accurate information by utilizing provided scripts and online resources to effectively address customer inquiries. Exhibit active listening skills to identify opportunities for additional assistance, enhancing the caller’s experience. Educate callers by sharing up-to-date information based on client directives and healthcare knowledge. Document interactions meticulously, recording caller details and inquiries accurately within the system. Navigate call center technology proficiently, including phone systems and internet applications. Maintain excellence by meeting departmental metrics for customer service and quality assurance. Safeguard sensitive information by following established protocols for confidentiality and professionalism. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High School Diploma or GED. Healthcare-related certification. Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred. Strong communication abilities, including active listening, verbal, and written skills. Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to provide empathetic and professional support. Proficient in computer use and internet navigation, with the ability to multitask effectively and manage high call volumes. Dependable internet connection with capability to connect via Ethernet. Ability to remain seated for extended periods. Capacity to pass a background check. Preferred Qualifications The following qualifications are preferred, but not essential: Bilingual skills in English and Spanish. Prior Public Trust Clearance or the ability to obtain one.
