Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter data into the QuickClaim system using a constant supply of images, ensuring high levels of quality and attention to detail.
- Identify document types based on provided documentation, utilizing strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Review and verify entered data to ensure it meets or exceeds quality requirements, maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensure all Personal Health Information (PHI) is kept confidential, following HIPAA standards and adhering to strict data protection protocols.
- Professionally interact with other staff members as needed, demonstrating excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Make recommendations for improvement or enhancement to job processes, contributing to ongoing quality improvement and innovation.
- Work until all tasks are completed for the day, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Perform other basic office duties as assigned, maintaining a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
Requirements and Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
