As a remote data entry clerk, you will be an integral part of our Construction Department, working closely with our team to ensure seamless data management and processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Process all invoices in INFOR, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Verify GL Coding, create Purchase Orders, and route as needed
• Receive, stamp, and distribute incoming invoices for approval
• Perform electronic and paper filing of invoices processed as needed
• Assist the Admin Office Manager with various duties as required

Physical Requirements

As a remote data entry clerk, you will be working from a home-based setup. However, you must be able to:

• Remain in a stationary position throughout much of the working day
• Occasionally move about inside the office (if required)
• Operate a computer and other office productivity equipment

Job Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

• Experience in data entry with a high level of accuracy and efficiency
• Self-motivated with minimal supervision, able to work independently
• 10-key by touch typing skill preferred
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, with computer literacy
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written), with attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Familiarity with various office equipment
• Must pass pre-placement drug/alcohol screen
