Job Summary

We are looking for experienced Medical Customer Service Representatives to join our remote team. As a Medical Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to patients and healthcare professionals
• Provide exceptional customer service and empathy to patients and healthcare professionals
• Utilize computer skills for data entry and accurately document customer interactions
• Gather and review patient billing and medical information to resolve customer inquiries
• Work with carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of patients
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

• At least 1 year of recent call center experience (no exceptions)
• Active internet installed and ability to work from home
• Ability to multi-task and use dual monitors
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must live in the Dallas/Irving area and be able to pick up equipment in Irving, TX

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• Knowledge of medical terminology and billing processes
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
