In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to arenaflex customers, resolving inquiries, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Your excellent communication skills will be utilized to resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner. As a remote customer service representative at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for customers, guiding them through the check-in process, boarding process, and seat availability, as well as making gate announcements and ensuring customers have the perfect travel documentation.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency, and be at least 18 years of age with authorization to work in the United States. You will also need to have proficiency in English, strong verbal and written communication skills, and primary digital literacy. Additionally, you will need to pass a physical ability test (PAT) and a Customer Service Assessment.
While not required, having previous experience in customer service or a related field would be an asset in this role. Additionally, having a strong understanding of the airline industry and its operations would be beneficial.

You will also need to be able to prioritize safety and security, and have a strong attention to detail.
