**Job Duties and Responsibilities**
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing solutions to customers, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and promoting products and services to new and existing customers.
* Supporting customers between the hours of 6 AM to 10 PM MT, with a minimum of 2 days off in a row.
* Engaging with a diverse consumer base to provide solutions for customer needs and technical issues.
* Taking back-to-back tech support or customer service phone calls with customers throughout the entirety of your shift.
* Maintaining open availability, including weekends and holidays, to support business needs.

**Skills, Experience, and Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* **High School Diploma or Equivalent**: A high school diploma or equivalent experience is required.
* **Six Months of Related Customer Service Experience**: Six months of related customer service and troubleshooting experience and/or training is preferred.
* **Openness to Coaching**: Be open to coaching and a desire to learn new techniques.
* **Ability to Remain Engaged**: Remain engaged on the phone throughout the entirety of your shift with minimal to no distractions.
* **Tech Savviness**: Be tech-savvy, with the ability to smoothly operate multiple windows and tabs while providing Best-In-Class Customer Experience.
* **Superb Attendance**: Maintain superb attendance and be available to work between the hours of 6 AM to 10 PM MT, including weekends and holidays.
**Work-at-Home Technical Requirements**
To work from home, you'll need:
* **DISH-Provided Equipment**: Receive all necessary equipment, including a DISH-provided PC Tower, power adapter, and two monitors.
* **Home Internet**: Maintain a stable cable, DSL, or fiber ISP internet connection with minimum 25 Mbps download and 2 Mbps upload speed, with 99% uptime, and no bandwidth or data caps.
* **Dedicated Home Office Workspace**: Have a dedicated home office workspace with a wired ethernet connection between the modem and PC without the use of an adapter.

**Salary Range**
