Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Remote Customer Service Representative and Sales Professional to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing extraordinary experiences to our existing customers, promoting and selling our mortgage refinancing and home buying/selling services, and assisting with payments or changes on accounts. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer experiences to a diverse range of existing customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded Effectively promote and sell our mortgage refinancing and home buying/selling services, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Overcome customer reluctance and objections, using persuasive communication skills to drive sales and revenue growth Read and communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal, with strong typing and navigation skills Sit for long periods, navigating multiple computer systems and meeting self-set sales goals Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a high level of professionalism, honesty, and drive, with a passion to excel in a fast-paced sales environment. You should have excellent communication, problem-solving, time management, organization, and multi-tasking abilities, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth. Comfortable working in a high-volume call center environment, with a strong ability to listen to customer challenges and provide assistance towards a potential resolution Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with minimal supervision, and maintain a high level of productivity and motivation Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Windows 10+, with a minimum of 8GB+ RAM, 2.4GHz+ Quad Core Processor, and 25GB+ available disk space Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the mortgage or financial services industry Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a strong understanding of sales principles and practices Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions Requirements for Working Remotely To be considered for this role, you must meet the following technical requirements: Hard-wired internet connection (no WiFi) Agent-provided equipment, with a manufacture date no later than 5 years from today Windows 10+ operating system, with a minimum of 25GB+ available disk space 2.4GHz+ Quad Core Processor, with a minimum of 8GB+ RAM Dual 19"+ monitors (preferred) Internet speed of 10Mbps download / 5Mbps upload minimum USB computer headset with mute button (cannot be wireless) Mouse, keyboard, and desk/chair Secure room with no outside sound, and monitor screens not visible from outside window Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
