Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with individuals who have filled out a form to determine their eligibility for compensation, utilizing an automated dialer to manage a high volume of connections
• Speak with 40-50 callers per day, with 1-5 callers potentially qualifying for compensation, and provide them with accurate and empathetic support
• Multitask by listening, answering questions, and viewing multiple windows to ensure seamless communication and data entry
• Achieve or exceed monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to improve retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates and goals
• Utilize phone software (VICI) and our Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM) to accurately manage customer interactions and follow scripts as appropriate
• Participate in training and other learning opportunities to expand your knowledge of the position and stay up-to-date on industry developments
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and maintaining the highest level of customer service
• Assist with other projects as needed, demonstrating your flexibility and willingness to contribute to the team's success
• Troubleshoot and problem-solve basic IT issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximizing productivity

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must:

• Reside in the State of Florida or New Jersey, with a quiet, distraction-free space to work
• Have a reliable, hardwired desktop or laptop PC (with 8GB of RAM, 20 GB of free storage, and a 1.2 GHz or faster CPU) and high-speed internet (with a minimum of 50Mbps download and 100MBps upload)
• Utilize a reliable, noise-cancellation headset that is wired via USB (such as a gaming headset with a mic)
• Have a strong background in a call-center environment and sales-focused experience, with a minimum of 2+ years of phone sales and customer service experience
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Demonstrate competitive spirit, working as a team player while also being motivated by performance-based pay
• Be available to work 40+ hours per week, with the ability to manage appointments and other responsibilities during earned vacation days or outside business hours

Hours of Operation

As a remote call center customer service representative, you will work a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, with the following hours:

• Monday-Thursday: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern or 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM Eastern
• Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern
• Training schedule: Monday-Thursday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern, and Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern
