Key Responsibilities Reach out to individuals who have requested more information on the supplemental benefits offered by blithequark, providing them with personalized support and guidance. Schedule Zoom meetings with these members, ensuring a seamless and convenient experience for all parties involved. Customize new benefit plans and adjust existing plans to fit the current needs of each client, demonstrating a deep understanding of their unique circumstances and requirements. Establish and maintain relationships with existing and new clients, fostering trust, loyalty, and long-term partnerships. Perform benefit reviews for existing clients, as well as assist with any necessary claims or adjustments, ensuring that their needs are met with efficiency and care. Provide attentive customer service and any necessary administrative support in response to members' needs, resolving queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Respond to and resolve client questions and concerns regarding their benefits, offering clear explanations and solutions that address their concerns. Ensure that all documentation is accurate and complete, performing any necessary updates on schedule, and maintaining the highest standards of data integrity and compliance. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds and needs.
