We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to fill the position of Customer Service Specialist. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to develop life-changing skills that will benefit your career in the long term. The position offers the flexibility of remote work for candidates who currently hold an active insurance license and have relevant insurance experience. Our working hours are Monday through Friday, 8 am - 5 pm Mountain Standard Time, and we require availability during these times to ensure seamless customer service.

A desire to drive your own career success, coupled with an enthusiastic and positive attitude, is essential. We look for individuals with a strong work ethic, self-starter mentality, excellent problem-solving skills, and above-average computer and telephone skills. The ability to work in a spirit of cooperation and teamwork, with outstanding customer service skills, is also crucial.
Essential qualifications include a Property & Casualty License or a Personal Lines License, along with prior insurance experience. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is highly valued but not mandatory.
