This role offers the flexibility to work remotely via Zoom, with the option to work from a nearby branch location. As a Remote Customer Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer care, guiding and assisting clients with their financial planning needs, and providing expert advice on a range of financial products and services. This is not a call center or sales-oriented role, as customers are provided, eliminating the need for outbound prospecting.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent customer service skills, a genuine willingness to help others, and a strong ability to collaborate with diverse groups of people. Prior experience in the financial industry is not mandatory, as we primarily value candidates' social and interpersonal skills.
