Key Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve customer service inquiries and issues on the first call by identifying the topic and type of assistance needed, ensuring that our members receive timely and effective support.
• Guide and educate customers about consumer-driven health care topics, including benefit plan options, to help them make informed decisions about their health care needs.
• Initiate proactive outreach to members, including welcoming new members and addressing gaps in care, to provide personalized support and enhance their overall experience.
• Contact care providers on behalf of customers to assist with appointment scheduling or connections with specialists, ensuring seamless coordination of care.

Essential Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience, demonstrating a foundation in education and a commitment to personal growth.
• Must be 18 years of age or older, with a minimum of 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a health care or insurance environment.
• Ability to work the hours of 11:35 am - 8:05 pm CST from Monday - Friday, including occasional overtime, to ensure that our members receive support during peak hours.
