Key Responsibilities
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner via phone, email, social media, and live chat.
- Meet or exceed performance targets, including quotas for answered calls and processed customer service tickets.
- Conduct outreach to customer prospects for new initiatives, including making calls and sending emails to leads generated from trade shows, school presentations, and other marketing events.
- Utilize ongoing training, role-playing, and coaching to optimize customer retention opportunities and effectively handle customer complaints, cancellations, and other issues.
- Provide customers with accurate and helpful information about our products and services, and process payments, billing adjustments, and account updates as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, including class schedules, billing information, and student/parent activity logs.
- Manage and diffuse tense situations, escalating issues to management as required, and post detailed notes on all customer conversations.
- Perform other tasks as assigned to support the success of our call center and customer service operations.
Essential Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field is an asset.
- Proven customer service experience in a high-volume call center environment, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional service and meeting performance targets.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is required; proficiency in additional languages is a definite plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Competence with phone systems, computer programs, and online platforms, including Xcel, Google Suite, and email platforms.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekdays and weekends, as our call center is open 7 days a week.

- Successful completion of POS and scheduled training programs, such as JackRabbit.
