Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service and Social Media Creation Specialist at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service via phone and chat, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Creating engaging social media content, including videos, graphics, and posts, to promote our brand and products
- Utilizing 3D design tools, such as Blender, to create innovative and interactive content
