About the Role
As a Project Manager - Cargo Sales and Commercial Development Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating and following up on commercial projects within our Cargo Commercial department. Your primary objective will be to increase performance, oversee projects and initiatives, and measure and analyze current performance to identify best practices and formalize processes. You will provide guidance and partner with cross-functional teams to identify areas of opportunity, question processes, identify gaps, and develop solutions to be implemented across departments and functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and follow-up on commercial projects within Cargo Commercial to increase performance and drive business growth
- Oversee projects and initiatives to measure and analyze current performance, identify best practices, and formalize processes and supporting templates
- Provide guidance and partner with teams to identify areas of opportunity, question processes, identify gaps, and develop solutions to be implemented across departments and functions
- Drive and conduct extensive data analysis and interpretation to support divisional goals and strategies
- Create business cases to support strategic direction and facilitate change management activities
- Support the Managing Director of Cargo Commercial with ad-hoc tasks and analysis
- Support the Cargo Commercial Team with deck and business case creation
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong and diverse skillset in relevant areas, including:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, marketing, or logistics
- Proven experience in project management, cargo sales, or a related field
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

- Strong business acumen and understanding of the cargo sales industry
