Key Responsibilities

• Track and manage institutional notes and tickets to ensure timely resolution and progress
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of progress and deficiencies in readiness
• Communicate effectively with member institutions, providing support and guidance as needed
• Collaborate with a large group of higher education and implementation experts to achieve project goals
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to the development of project plans and strategies

Qualifications and Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
