Key Responsibilities
As our ideal People & Culture Manager, you'll play a vital role in shaping our company culture, driving HR initiatives, and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting our Talent Acquisition Manager with recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent
- Designing and implementing comprehensive onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for employees
- Developing, updating, and enforcing HR policies that align with our company values and goals
- Managing documentation across teams, enabling cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing
- Overseeing Performance Evaluation and Career Development plans, driving employee growth and satisfaction
- Defining, collecting, and reviewing key performance indicators (KPIs) with leadership, informing strategic decisions
- Assisting with payroll, benefits, and other reporting, ensuring compliance and accuracy
Essential Qualifications
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- 4-6 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity
- A proven track record of utilizing traditional and non-traditional recruiting techniques to attract top talent
- Proficiency in MS Office, Notion, Slack, Airtable, and other productivity tools
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment, prioritizing tasks effectively and driving results
Preferred Qualifications
