About the Role
arenaflex's Patient Customer Service department is seeking energetic and passionate customer service focused individuals who are committed to delivering exemplary customer experiences through innovation and continuous improvement. As a Customer Service Support Representative, you will be responsible for resolving patient billing issues, initiating payment plans, and providing exceptional support to patients, doctor's offices, and private insurance carriers. Key Responsibilities
- Answer 80+ inbound calls per day from patients, doctor's offices, and/or private insurance carriers, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Initiate payment plans for patients with outstanding balances, ensuring that they receive the support they need to manage their healthcare expenses.
- Routinely utilize multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone, ensuring that patients receive accurate and timely information.
- Maintain performance goals, ensuring that you are meeting the high standards of customer service and support that arenaflex is known for.
- Ability to become proficient with processes after completing a structured training program, ensuring that you have the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in this role.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a strong foundation in education and a commitment to learning.
- REMOTE WORK: Dedicated work from home space, ensuring that you can work effectively and efficiently in a remote environment.
- Ability to manage time and tasks independently while maintaining productivity, prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively.
- Previous medical and/or call center experience a plus, demonstrating a strong understanding of the healthcare industry and customer service principles.
Technical Requirements
To work remotely, you will need to meet the following technical requirements:
- Internet download speed of at least 50 megabytes per second, ensuring that you can access the information you need quickly and efficiently.
- No satellite internet, ensuring that you have a reliable and stable internet connection.
- Ability to connect equipment to router/modem with Ethernet cord, ensuring that you can access the information you need quickly and efficiently.

Pay Range
The pay range for this role is $15.25-21.00 or State/Local minimum wage, if higher, recognizing and rewarding your skills and experience.
