POSITION DESCRIPTION
As an L4 Interpreter, you will serve as the communication bridge in three-way calls between the client, the Limited English Proficient (LEP) individual, and yourself as the interpreter.
Your nightly missions may include:
• Assisting in medical emergencies
• Facilitating communication in sensitive legal situations
• Supporting emergency calls
• Helping families complete important applications
• Intervening in financial or customer service contexts
You will speak in the first person throughout the entire interpretation session, delivering messages with accuracy, neutrality, and professionalism.
HEROIC RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide consecutive English–Spanish / Spanish–English interpretation with precision
• Actively listen and accurately analyze each message
• Faithfully reproduce content without omissions or additions
• Maintain strict confidentiality at all times
• Meet performance metrics and quality standards
• Follow established operational protocols
• Handle diverse professional contexts with ethics and composure

MODALITY
• 100% Remote
• Fixed Graveyard (Overnight) Schedule
• Availability required during nighttime operational hours

REQUIREMENTS
• Fluent in English and Spanish (advanced level)
• High School diploma completed
• Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
• Strong memory and concentration skills
• Active listening and clear communication
• Emotional resilience
• Service-oriented attitude
• Ability to take quick and organized notes (manual or digital)
• Availability to start one week after successfully completing training
• Full availability to work overnight shifts
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
• Own device: desktop computer, laptop, tablet, or smartphone
• Noise-canceling headset
• Stable high-speed internet connection:
Minimum 5 Mbps download
Minimum 3–4 Mbps upload
• Private and quiet workspace
• Paper shredder to dispose of handwritten notes taken during calls

WE OFFER
During two 30-day probation periods:
$11,000 MXN gross monthly salary
Upon successful completion of both probation periods:
• Permanent contract
• $16,500 MXN gross monthly salary starting from the first operational week
Additionally:
• 12 vacation days per year

• 15 days of Christmas bonus (aguinaldo) or proportional amount
