About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Providing day-to-day support for the processing of various payment transactions, including ACH, debit, wires, and check deposits, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Monitoring transactions closely to identify and flag potential fraudulent and suspicious activity, contributing to the security and integrity of our financial services.
- Communicating effectively with clients regarding payments activity, providing excellent customer service and support to resolve queries and issues promptly.
