Our commitment to excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction drives everything we do. **Job Responsibilities** As an Experienced Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Resolving customer service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills * Contacting customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments * Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation * Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken * Providing exceptional customer service through clear and concise communication, active listening, and empathy * Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction * Staying up-to-date with product knowledge, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or GED required * 2-4 years of customer service-related experience required * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately document and record customer/client information * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively * Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and PowerPoint * Bilingual Spanish (NOT REQUIRED but a PLUS) **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a call center environment * Customer service skills * Microsoft Office proficiency * Data entry skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional support **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
