This remote position plays a critical role in supporting the flow of goods from our vendors, ensuring that all routing requests are entered accurately and efficiently into our Order Management System (OMS). **Responsibilities**
As a Junior Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Accurately entering routing requests from our vendor booking system into OMS
* Organizing and assigning shipments to our carrier partners
* Setting up new user accounts in the vendor booking system
* Maintaining an organized file of shipment data to ensure completeness and accuracy
* Collaborating with transportation planning analysts to keep the shipment process running smoothly
* Following best practices for data management and maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency
**Essential Qualifications**
* 1 year of experience in data entry or a related field
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Attention to detail and ability to maintain high accuracy standards
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment
