**Key Responsibilities**
As an Outbound Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Learning our proprietary scripted dialogue system and delivering exceptional customer experiences on behalf of our clients
* Developing a deep understanding of our business operations and being able to make calls frequently, while maintaining our high standards of customer support
* Meeting or exceeding specific set goals and metrics, while continuously improving our processes and procedures
* Participating in daily stand-up meetings with your team to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas for growth and improvement

**Schedule and Compensation**
This is a full-time remote position, with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm MDT. The starting pay is $12.00 per hour, with opportunities for growth and advancement based on performance.
