The role involves creating high-quality training data across various formats and directly impacts training data quality and model performance improvement.
Responsibilities
- Label text, image, audio, and video data per task-specific annotation guidelines
- Perform LLM evaluation: rating, ranking, and rationale writing
- Execute RLHF workflows (preference comparisons, instruction-following checks)
- Conduct QA evaluation (self-checks, peer reviews, gold-set calibration)
- Tag entities/relationships for NLP tasks like NER and classification
- Annotate computer vision data (boxes, polygons, segmentation masks, keypoints)
- Apply content safety labeling for policy compliance
- Document edge cases and propose rubric clarifications
Skills
- Experience in data labeling/data annotation or QA evaluation
- Strong written English and consistent rubric adherence
- Comfort with structured guidelines and frequent policy updates
- High attention to detail and integrity in labeling
