About the Role

We're currently seeking a self-motivated, flexible, and team-oriented individual to join our team as an Online Customer Service Representative Trainee. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer support to our clients through inbound phone calls. This is not a typical call center job - we're an insurance agency that handles inbound customer inquiries about our policies and helps customers troubleshoot. Key Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer experience to each of our customers through inbound phone calls
• Handle inbound customer inquiries about our policies and help customers troubleshoot
• Obtain and maintain your Property and Casualty License (we pay for your time and materials)
• Work independently, take initiative, and work with little supervision
• Maintain regular and timely attendance
• Ability to make decisions, problem solve, and hold to an ethical standard
• Ability to manage individual stress/composure
• Other duties as assigned

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• High School Diploma
• Designated Space and Internet Capability to Work from Home
• Able to Pass a Background Check
• Extensive Microsoft Office or G-Suite Experience
• 2 Years of customer Service Experience

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

• Prior experience in the insurance industry
• Property and Casualty License (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
