Job Overview and Responsibilities
As an insurance customer service representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive personalized attention and tailored solutions to meet their insurance needs. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Completing Binding Authority (approximately 40 hours) to develop a deep understanding of our products and services
- Utilizing your excellent communication skills to assist customers with policy services, identify their needs, and market appropriate products and services that fit each individual client
- Establishing strong customer relationships and following up with customers as needed to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
- Employing a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and provide them with the best possible solutions
- Maintaining a strong work ethic and commitment to success, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth
Requirements and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- Texas General Lines P&C license or willingness to obtain one (we are happy to support you in this process)
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
- Strong computer and telephone system skills, with the ability to navigate our systems with ease
- Reliable transportation and a flexible schedule to accommodate our office hours
